Intercom, Paging, Program Distribution: 
Easily operated with the MCC-4 Administrative Console which contains clearly defined function keys to guide the user through operations quickly and efficiently. 

Intercom calls to classroom speakers, duplex communications to traditional telephone instruments, together with selective paging and program distribution are performed from the MCC-4 console.  Incoming calls from remote locations are presented in chronological and priority sequence on the easy-to-read console LCD display. 

Telephone Integration: 
A Telecor communications system will interface directly to a facility telephone PBX or electronic key system, providing the optimum in flexibility for institutions. 

Time Control: 
An integral master clock can control and synchronize all secondary clocks in a facility.  The correct time will be maintained on all displays throughout the institution.  Timekeeping of secondary clocks is digitally controlled through continuous data transmission to all of the system clocks.  The Master Clock can control multiple events throughout the facility, automatically adjusting for seasonal events, holidays and daylight savings time. 

Classroom Peripherals: 
Telecor manufactures a wide variety of classroom devices, such as loudspeakers, call switches, and telephones, many of which can be easily integrated into the classroom environment.  Modular classroom panels, containing a clock, speaker, telephone, video jack or data jacks can be custom designed to meet specific educational needs.  A panel can be configured with any combination of devices, and can include a security housing for the telephone. 

Electronic Bulletin Board: 
The Electronic Bulletin Board is an information channel that can be broadcast on a school's broad band television network.  A media room character generator provides the video text.  The video channel can broadcast school news, emergency announcements or other text, providing important information for students and instructors.  The bulletin board can be viewed on any classroom television. 

Media Retrieval:  In addition to providing voice communications, the Telecor system permits access and control of media sources.  Using the existing cable infrastructure, a Telecor system can provide media retrieval without significantly increasing the price of the school's communication system. 
The system allows an instructor from the classroom to operate a media device such as a VCR, Laser Disk, or DVD that is located at a central location in the facility.  THe media device can be controlled from either a handheld remote or the classroom telephone.  An instructor may start, stop, pause and play a program with the touch of a button.  The program is transmitted from the media source equipment to the classroom television over the facility's broad band television network.
